Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Oversee the entry of sales and payment details into QuickBooks
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of client contracts
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts and entries in the accounting system
- Record and manage debits and credits
- Maintain the trial balance through reconciliation of general ledgers
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions through thorough account reconciliation

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
