After the initial training period, associate attorneys have the ability to work remotely as needed. Job Details
Associate Attorneys will be responsible for handling their own caseload, managing deadlines, interacting with clients and outside attorneys, and will gain valuable litigation and courtroom experience. Daily responsibilities include performing legal analysis on new and existing claims, developing case strategy, responding and propounding discovery, drafting of motions, taking depositions, attending hearings, attending mediations, performing site and accident scene inspections, negotiating settlements and assisting with trials. Associate Attorneys will work in a group environment and directly with the handling partner on case and task assignments.
