We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our esteemed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be part of a team that handles a diverse portfolio of cases, primarily focusing on Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Corporate Law. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on providing superior client service and maintaining the highest levels of professional integrity.
Responsibilities
1. Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Corporate Law.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
4. Conduct and manage discovery procedures.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage cases from inception through resolution.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and legal practices.
8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal advice.
9. Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Corporate Law.
4. Proven experience in court trials, hearings, and negotiations.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
