Our client, is an AMLaw Firm looking for both Associates and Senior Associate Attorneys.
100% remote or hybrid, low billable hours, and clear partnership tracked

The successful candidate will have a strong background in family or elder law.
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of estate planning, including drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
Manage all litigation matters, including pre-litigation dispute resolution, active litigation, and post-judgment enforcement.
Oversee probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and trust administration.
Develop and implement best practices for legal processes and procedures, in accordance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required.
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
