Job Details
The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure and collections matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure and collections process on behalf of our clients. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure and collections related pleadings.
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure and collections matters.
- Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
- Regular client meetings/updates.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate
- Member in good standing of the Tennessee State Bar.
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
- Provides exceptional client service.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
