We are seeking an Associate Attorney with labor & employment experience to join our team in El Paso.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who has a keen interest in labor and employment law.
The selected candidate will have the chance to work with our experienced team of attorneys and handle challenging and complex labor and employment cases.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide robust legal representation to clients in labor and employment matters.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems.
3. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
4. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and wills.
5. Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
6. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
7. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
8. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
9. Engage in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor and employment law.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, specifically in labor and employment law.
3. Admitted to the state bar of Texas.
4. Proven background in labor and employment law, including experience in litigation.
5. Proficient in using legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
