Job Details
We are looking for a South Carolina-licensed Attorney to join our firm!
**You would have the choice to work in our Savannah, Augusta, or Macon office**
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for assigned cases including the firms more complex, and potential high value cases
- Partner on case management, intake and litigation to focus on resources for clients.
- Meet with clients to prepare them for their case.
- Maintain an active personal caseload
- Screen cases that are identified as serious injury directly from the intake team.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Bonus if you're also licensed in Georgia!
- 1 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Preference for personal injury or related experience
- Will consider those with plaintiff or defense experience
