Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead financial statement audits for various clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and analyze audit risk areas
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional service to clients
- Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA Certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a public accounting or tax firm
- Master's Degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of Audit Accounting and financial statement audits
- Proven ability to manage and mentor staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with ProSystem Engagement is a plus
