Job Details

Audit Planning and Execution:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business processes, risks, and control environments.
• Design and implement effective audit procedures to address identified risks and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the audit process, fostering strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide valuable insights to enhance their financial processes.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance on technical matters and professional development.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay abreast of industry developments, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure the firm's audit methodologies are current and effective.
• Apply technical knowledge to assess complex accounting and auditing issues and provide practical solutions to clients.

Quality Control:

• Review audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of audit quality.
