Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and repair automation systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of automation systems to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new automation strategies and solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to other staff members on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand the layout and function of automation systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with Electrical Controls, Robotics, Electrical Troubleshooting/Programming, and 480V.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using various software applications related to automation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
