As a Junior Attorney / Bankruptcy Associate on our team, we are looking for
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Bankruptcy or mortgage servicing experience is strongly preferred
- Chapter 13 experience would be a plus
- Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia; multi jurisdiction admission preferred but not required
- Chapter 11 and Adversary Proceeding Experience a plus but not required
- Must be ok with 1920 hour billable requirement
