Days, 9 hr shifts
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Sonographer to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging for patients in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform echocardiograms, including M-Mode, 2-D Doppler, Color Flow, TEE, and contrast & bubble studies in our IAC-accredited Echo lab.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of cardiac pathology and procedures, and the ability to educate staff, students, and patients with expertise and precision. They must demonstrate professionalism and independence, effectively functioning under broad supervision and handling emergency situations with resourcefulness.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered (CCI), (RDCS) or registry eligible.
Experience in 2-D, Doppler, color flow, and transesophageal echocardiography.
Basic Life Support certification.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide patient instructions with clarity and empathy.
