The associate will be responsible for all aspects of the client’s case including drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, discovery, and attendance at court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation; Family Law is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
