Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-quality products for our clients. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence and innovation in the Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and precision
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues or defects
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a Manufacturing environment
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and precision
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
