We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management within the commercial lines sector, possess a P&C license, and have experience working with EPIC. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities and competitive compensation packages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products, coverage, and risk management strategies
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible terms and pricing for clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewals to clients
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely payment of premiums and resolution of any issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in the marketplace
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Active P&C license
- Experience working with EPIC or similar agency management system
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
