Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Negotiate and secure competitive insurance coverage for clients.
- Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Handle all aspects of account management including renewals, endorsements, invoicing, and claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- 5 Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
- Experience with multiple carriers
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- EZLYNX, TAM, or EPIC management system experience preferred
