The ideal candidate for the position will possess the following qualifications
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction litigation matters.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proven track record of successfully representing clients in civil litigation matters.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
