Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of work and safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and local building codes.
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
