Job Details
Description: Scottsdale company seeking successful candidate to fill office position. Individual will report directly to the President of the company and will be responsible for bookkeeping, administrative and support functions. Candidate must have 5 years of bookkeeping and office experience, be outgoing, dependable, team player, excellent work ethic and proactive with superior integrity. This position performs a wide range of detailed functions where accuracy is essential. This job will require tasks to be done in a timely manner and for emergent matters that need to be addressed immediately. You must be well organized and able to multi-task with excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in the architecture, engineering or legal fields is desired.
Required: permit to work in US, credit report, background check, verifiable work experience and references
Position requires non-negotiable experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Background in accounting with knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is preferred. Knowledge of BillQuick, multi-state reporting, and building management is desired.
Job functions include, but are not limited to:

•Miscellaneous office administrative duties

• - Coordinate when required with IT Company
• - Semimonthly payroll
• - Accounts payable/Accounts receivable – monthly invoicing of every project
- Coordinate when required with outsourced HR
- Provide financial reports/documents
• - Bank deposits
• - TPT tax reports
• - Reconcile bank statements
• - Provide documents/coordination with CPA
• - Collections
- Contract / Risk Management
- Assist as a backup to functions performed by our administrative assistant
