We are seeking an Attorney with 7 years of commercial litigation or insurance defense experience. In-office position with hybrid flexibility!
Qualifications
- Experience handling all aspects of pre-trial caseload, including taking depositions, preparing and answering discovery, preparing/answering and arguing motions, preparing trial documents, and related work
- An established book of business with portable client base
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state and federal court rules, court practices, and civil filing procedures
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in defense litigation (primarily)
- Pennsylvania bar admission required; New Jersey and/or Florida bar admission a plus.
