Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 3D Take-Off experience required
- 3 years of experience as an Estimator that has managed projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid
