Job Details
Should have some of the following.
Immediate need for a seasoned construction Senior Project Estimator for our office in Fort Wayne, IN. Ideal candidates for the Senior Project Estimator will have 10 years' experience in the estimating and preconstruction of large-scale commercial projects.
Must have conceptual estimating experience. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.
Must have experience in pricing labor for concrete, carpentry, casework, doors, demo, and specialties.
Preferred Experience With Preconstruction Estimating.
Preferred experience with scheduling software.
Proficiency in various estimating software, including those used for digital quantity take-off, pricing, and bid invitation.
Proficiency in of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel.
