We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HNW Tax Manager to join our team! This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with high net worth clients. You will report directly to the Director of Tax. This is a part-time position that will be paid an annual salary. You will work 40 hours during busy season, but have the months outside of busy season and the extension deadline completely off.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HNW Tax Manager to join our team! This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with high net worth clients. You will report directly to the Director of Tax. This is a part-time position that will be paid an annual salary. Responsibilities
- Provide tax planning and compliance services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
- Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff and senior associates
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and mentor staff and senior associates
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and communicate changes to clients and team members
- Assist with business development and marketing efforts
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA
- 3 years of experience in tax with a focus on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
- Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
