Job Details
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hose and fitting solutions
Cut, crimp, and assemble custom hydraulic hose assemblies
Maintain inventory and ensure parts are stocked and organized
Keep work area clean and equipment maintained
Answer phone calls and provide product knowledge to customers
Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications
Prior experience working with hydraulic hoses and fittings is required
Familiarity with hydraulic systems and hose assembly equipment
Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Comfortable using basic shop tools and equipmen
