Job Details
We are looking to add an attorney to our Tampa office with 4 years of civil litigation experience.
Qualifications include:
- Membership in good standing in the Florida Bar.
- Proficient and self-sufficient in pre-trial practice in both state and federal courts, including expert depositions, other discovery, mediation, hearings, and dispositive motions.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills a must.
- Experience specific to state or local governments and/or jury trial experience a plus.
