Job Details
Essential Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 year as a practicing attorney
Ability to work productively with autonomy as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
2-4 years civil litigation experience and preferably professional liability or construction defect practice areas.
Experience with insurance defense matters and meeting billing guidelines.
Admission and good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
Strong organizational skills with the ability and desire to manage multiple priorities and caseload.
Experience handling all aspects of litigation prior to trial including preparing pleadings, written discovery motions and attending depositions and mediations. Trial experience not required but should be highlighted if applicable.
Required Education & Professional Licensure
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in South Carolina
