Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Request, review, analyze, and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documents and records.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
- Experience in identifying, tracking, and managing case-related deadlines in an electronic and paper calendaring system.
- Maintain team calendar
- Casefile management
- Data Entry and other clerical duties
- Tracking and entering time
- E-Filing at both State and Federal levels in multiple jurisdictions
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of personal injury/commercial litigation paralegal experience
- Ability to handle a large volume of complex litigation cases
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate Preferred
- Proficient in applying court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts.
- Trial Experience Preferred
- Willing to be in the office 5 days a week
- Strong Research, Writing, and Technology Skills
- Strong organizational skills
