Position Responsibilities:
Account Management for new and existing client accounts/projects
Develop strategic and creative event solutions and promotions
Evaluate & negotiate sponsorships
Create and manage project budgets
Coordinate, manage and execute events, projects and meetings (approximately 25% travel required)
Provide on-site management and implementation of local, regional and national programs
Ability to lead a team, partners and vendors in execution of programs and events
Consult and present program concepts to clients
Write and distribute project status reports, presentations and post event recaps
Support in new business prospecting
Requirements:
Bachelors’ Degree in related field or related experience
Minimum of 1-3 years agency/client service experience
Experience in the event and promotions business, including on-site event management
Proven success in building positive client relationships
Knowledge of Automotive industry a plus
Experience in Social Media, Digital and Internet Marketing a plus
Basic understanding of advertising and new media
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at one time
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Travel and weekend work is required
Valid U.S. Drivers’ License and clean driving record
