This position requires high attention to detail.
As a Loan Shipper you will prepare mortgage closing documents and present them to the settlement team once the final closed loan package has been checked for accuracy and completeness.
Job responsibilities
- Preparing accurate closing disclosures
- Review final documents after closing
- Shipping files
- Learn and maintain understanding if Quality Control and Audit procedures and Respa disclosures
- Meet branch LASR scores
- Manage the closing backlog and schedule
- Work closely with Processors and Loan Officers as well as Tile Company to meet disclosure distribution requirements
