Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration, estimating, and construction estimating of various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being completed according to plan.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site.
- Review and approve all invoices and change orders related to the project.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate project estimates and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration, estimating, and construction estimating.
- Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
