Job Details
5-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience running commercial, government and school projects
Extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, scheduling and estimating
Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with owners, architects and clients
Works closely with Superintendent, Field Staff and Subcontractors to ensure project is on schedule and budget.
Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
Good written and verbal communication and team oriented attitude
