Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Manage project change orders and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Experience with HVAC systems and mechanical projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
