We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting QA Engineer to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and systems. With your expertise in Selenium, Clarity PPM, Automated Testing, QA Automation Engineering, and Manual Testing, you will play a critical role in ensuring our software and systems meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and systems related to software development and system implementation in the construction industry.
2. Utilize Selenium, Clarity PPM, and other relevant tools to automate testing processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
3. Perform both manual and automated testing to detect defects and issues, ensuring that the software is functioning optimally.
4. Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand software requirements and design appropriate testing methodologies.
5. Prepare detailed reports on the results of testing, highlighting any potential issues or areas of concern.
6. Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, promoting a culture of quality assurance throughout the organization.
7. Keep abreast of the latest developments in QA testing tools and methodologies, implementing these in your work to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA engineer role, preferably within the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Selenium, Clarity PPM, Automated Testing, QA Automation Engineering, and Manual Testing.
4. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
7. Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong understanding of the construction industry, including its unique requirements and challenges.
10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
