We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, and managing our Quality Control Systems. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
- Conduct regular audits of our products and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage our Quality Control Systems, including documentation, training, and reporting.
- Work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with our suppliers and vendors to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
- Participate in the development of new products and services, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to our employees to ensure that they understand and comply with our quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
- Experience working in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality management software.
