Job Details
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain certification requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management, including quality manuals, procedures, and records.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Lead problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and processes.
- Communicate quality performance metrics and status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality engineering and ISO 9001.
