Job Details
- Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace mechanical components to ensure adherence to quality
standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damages, and inconsistencies in electrical and mechanical parts.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and tools to accurately assess dimensional characteristics and verify critical
dimensions.
- Inspect electrical components, such as wiring, connectors, switches, and circuit boards, for proper installation,
soldering, and compliance with industry standards.
- Test electrical systems and components to validate functionality, performance, and adherence to specified
requirements.
- Verify accurate labeling, marking, and identification of parts to ensure traceability and compliance with
documentation standards.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to confirm alignment with quality standards and
engineering guidelines.
- Identify and document non-conforming parts, initiating non-conformance reports (NCRs) for further analysis and
corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement process
improvements.
- Maintain meticulous inspection records, reports, and documentation for traceability and compliance purposes.
- Participate actively in quality audits, inspections, and certifications to ensure adherence to industry standards and
customer requirements.
