Job Details

Orthopedic Sports Medicine practice.

2 roles available. Either solely Danbury, CT OR Carmel, NY and going to a few surrounding towns as needed.

What you will be doing

• Prepare patients for radiological exams
• Take x-rays
• Maintain patient records
• Explain procedures to patients and answers questions
• Prepare equipment for use as needed
• Prepare examination rooms for patient exams
• Position patients for imaging exams
• Monitor patients during exams
• Document information with computers
• Report important information to the physician
• Ensure safety of patients during exams
  
  

Requirements of the X-Ray Tech

• Associate's Degree Radiologic technology
• ARRT certification
• C-Arm experienced preferred but not required
