Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
- Utilize your product knowledge to provide technical and sales support to customers and partners, addressing product-related questions and technical challenges.
- Conduct detailed market research to understand the needs and challenges of the MedTech sector and identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, tracking and reporting to senior management.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and capabilities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Use your knowledge of thermal plastics and international sales experience to expand our business footprint and penetrate new markets.
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Engineer experience selling into the MedTech sector.
- Proven experience with plastics, particularly thermal plastics.
- Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and sales forecasting.
- International sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.
