Job Details
Responsible for the financial operations of the business, including, but not limited to, all day to day accounting operations, month-end close and financial reporting, budget planning, and development of internal control policies and procedures. Working directly with CEO and Senior Management.
- Assure timely and accurate recording of all transactions
- AP and AR
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Balance sheet and income statement delivery and analysis to President and Senior Management
- Analyze financial statements and compile reports to assist management in making financial decisions
- Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate and appropriate credit resources
- Manage vendor relationships to provide the most favorable credit and payment terms
- Work closely with Senior Management to develop an economic evaluation of employee benefit plans
- Interface with outside audit firms, insurance carriers, credit card companies
- Monitor and record job costing and report to Senior Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Effective presentation and communication skills on complex topics
