Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects in the educational and healthcare sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in construction management software.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
- Local to Columbia, SC!
