The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare construction and must possess a strong skillset in superintendent, healthcare, hospital, remodel, construction renovations, ground up, addition, expansion, MOB, and medical.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including ground-up, remodels, additions, and expansions of hospitals, medical offices, and other healthcare facilities. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that they meet project specifications and deliverables. Communicate regularly with project owners, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project-related documentation. Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on all job sites. Perform regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being completed to the highest quality standards. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.Qualifications: A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare construction, with a strong skillset in superintendent, healthcare, hospital, remodel, construction renovations, ground up, addition, expansion, MOB, and medical. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Experience with project management software and tools, such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to travel to job sites as needed.Interested in hearing more?
