- Prepare and review complex federal and state fiduciary tax returns, including Forms 706, 709, 1041, and 541
- Manage trust funding and allocation strategies
- Support attorneys and fiduciaries with tax planning related to estate and trust administration
- Collaborate with attorneys on IRS and state audits, as well as tax notices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state tax deadlines and regulations
- Active CPA License
- 4 years of experience in trust and estate taxation
- Extensive experience preparing fiduciary and estate/gift tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041, and 541)
- Proficient in fiduciary accounting and trust funding
