- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license with a Bachelor's degree required
- Lead the preparation and review process for a variety of tax forms including but not limited to 1120-S and 1040s, focusing on small to midsize firms
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, both in-person and remotely, with a track record of developing junior staff.
- Engage proactively with internal and external partners to deliver a comprehensive tax service experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
