Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Tax Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients. You will work closely with our clients, providing them with expert tax advice and ensuring that they are compliant with all tax laws and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level in the finance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including 1040 and 1065 tax returns
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Provide expert tax advice to clients on a wide range of tax-related issues
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
- Manage and oversee tax audits and other tax-related inquiries from government agencies
- Ensure that all tax-related deadlines are met and that all tax filings are accurate and complete
- Stay up-to-date with changes to tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to clients
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is preferred
- 3 years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax preparation software and tax research tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
