Job Details
Our law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trial Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners and other attorneys to handle complex legal cases in the areas of Asbestos Litigation
Hybrid work schedule, 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and appeals
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Conduct depositions and other discovery activities
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 7 years of experience in Asbestos Litigation
- Jury trial experience in civil proceedings , at least 5 as first chair
