Active and in good standing license in Florida
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school

Job Details

Must have 5 - 7 years of experience in Estate Planning for high net worth clients
Active and in good standing license in Florida
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Florida required
LLM in Taxation is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Direct experience with sophisticated estate planning, drafting and administration
- Direct client contact with our significant private client base of high net worth individuals and families, family offices, closely held businesses, trusts, partnerships, limited liability corporations and national charities and foundations.
Establishment of a variety of trusts, including the following:
- Revocable Living Trusts
- Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Charitable Remainder Unitrusts
- Dynasty Trusts
- Gift Tax Planning
- Income Tax Planning
- Generation-Skipping Trusts
- Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts
- Qualified Personal Residence Trusts
- Spousal Estate Reduction Trusts
