Job Summary:
PVM, Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions, while also training and mentoring users and troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.
• Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.
• Support the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience with space operations desired
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java and/or JavaScript/Typescript
• Prior experience with Palantir Foundry required
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS 25% of the time if needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
• Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Gotham a plus
