Job Summary:
W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking an Order-to-Cash / EDI Business Analyst with expertise in sales and distribution transactions and SAP S/4HANA functionalities. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting OTC processes while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, credit management and EDI solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP OTC with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI) in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support the design and implementation of a standardized SAP S/4HANA OTC core model, leveraging industry best practices
• Serve as a key liaison between business functions and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Assist in the creation and delivery of required documentation for project delivery, solution quality, and sustainability, including business requirements, functional specifications, gap analyses, test scripts, training content, and project reports
• Partner with regional and cross-functional leaders to design and deploy scalable solutions while managing multiple implementations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP OTC tasks/modules, including experience with SAP S/4HANA in a sales and distribution environment
• Experience implementing and supporting EDI EDIFACT and X12 standards for 830 (DELFOR), 856 (DESADV), 810 (INVOIC), 850 (ORDERS), and 855 (ORDRSP) message types
• Experience with Order Processing, Billing, and Delivery processes
• Understanding of sales and distribution processes, supply chain management, and customer service principles
• Ability to support cross-functional teams, including vendors, contractors, and internal associates, through the implementation lifecycle by managing project objectives, facilitating effective decision-making, and ensuring on-time milestone delivery within budget
• Ability to travel 20%
Preferred:
• Experience with Gore Performance Solutions Supply Chain
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., CMMC, ITAR)
• Familiarity with additional SAP modules or technologies (e.g., IM, EWM, MM, SD, MES, IoT, AI)
