Parts Manager for Powersports Dealership

Johnny K's Powersports is currently looking for an experienced Parts Manager. The successful candidate will have proven managerial experience in a parts department. Prior experience essential preferably in a powersports or car dealership environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

---Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am-6pm

---Thursday: 9am-7pm

---Saturday: 10am-4pm

---Sunday & Monday: OFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed the dealership monthly sales goals
• Manage and motivate the parts team in order to meet monthly sales goals
• Participate in marketing and advertising campaigns to provide effective outreach to the public
• Cashier and process credit card transactions and produce reports on a daily basis
• Guide customers with product knowledge to help them make educated decisions about their purchase
• Properly fit customers with helmets, gloves, jackets, and all other riding gear available
• Use a web-based Parts Finder to assist customers with what they need for their vehicle
• Order and pick parts for our service department so they can complete repair and maintenance orders
• Maintain current inventory and put new inventory where it belongs
• Answer phones and general customer assistance
• Partner with other departments to ensure a positive relationship with the customer is maintained
• Follow up with timely responses to customer inquiries
• Identify areas of potential process improvement and provide constructive input

Job Requirements:

• Minimum1 year Parts Manager experience in a dealership
• Excellent work ethic; punctual and reliable
• Detailed and organized self-started in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office experience required
• Experience managing other sales representatives
