Position Summary
Provides patient centered, specialized, evidence based nursing care across the continuum through an inter-professional approach to treatment, research, education and advocacy. Serves as the onsite hospital administrative authority in the absence of hospital and/or nursing administration, working as necessary with the Chief Nursing Officer(CNO), unit directors and/or managers, and or/the Hospital Administrator on-call(AOC) regarding complex administrative decisions in support of efficient daily operations. Through collaborative practice with all members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by JHACH. The professional practice of nursing at JHACH involves the promotion of a culture of innovation and a commitment to academic growth and professional development.

Work Hours: 36 hrs Nights

- BSN with current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
- 3 years clinical experience.
- 2 years leadership experience in a supervisory role
- Basic Life Support, American Heart Association Certifications
- Physical ability to perform all aspects of patient care, including CPR on patients from neonate to adult
- Read/write/speak and understand English

Salary Range: Minimum 45.04/hour - Maximum 69.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
